Over 100 e-learning, face-to-face, and blended professional learning experiences

In my three-year tenure as an instructional designer, I designed and collaborated on over 100 online, face-to-face, and blended professional learning experiences. Throughout the development process, I collaborated with product stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and multimedia developers to produce engaging content. As a designer and project lead, I took ownership of my work by continually looking for workflow efficiencies and opportunities to support our learners’ needs even better. Through pilot tests with learners, I analyzed the data collected to inform the development of the learning experiences. I also led project teams that spanned many levels of the organization by communicating clearly, clarifying roles, and proactively solving problems.
